What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).

 

We are in network with most insurance companies, including:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Cigna

  • Coventry

  • Humana

  • Medicare

  • ProviDrs Care Network

  • Tricare

  • United Healthcare (commercial plans only)

Can I get a same-day appointment?

Most of the time, we are able to work in current patients for sick visits or urgent needs on the same day, though this isn't always possible.

Will my insurance cover my visit?

It depends on your insurance plan. More information can be given over the phone or in the office based on your individual insurance coverage.

 

If you have a copay, it is due at the time of your visit. If you have a deductible plan, we require you to pay at least $50 at the time of your visit.
